Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups soy, textured
  • 1 avocado
  • 5 tomatoes
  • enough fresh coriander
  • 1 onion
  • enough bay (laurel)
  • 1 tablespoon chicken soup, White
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 5 lemons
  • 5 serrano peppers
  • to taste hot sauce

Preparation

Add salt, bay leaf, consommé and soy to the water, boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove the excess water from the soybeans and reserve.
Finely chop all the ingredients and add them to the soy.
Mix well and serve.

PRESENTATION

You can put a bay leaf in the center of the plate and expose some cubes of avocado

TIPS

It is important to drain the soy very well so that it absorbs the flavors of the dish. It can be served with toast and sauce to taste.
