3 chayotes, large
1 can canned tuna in water
Manchego cheese, for gratin
1 carrot , in cubes
salt , to taste
mayonnaise, to taste

Cook chayotes.
Cut in half, scoop out the pulp and chop.
Mix chayote pulp with drained tuna, chopped vegetables, and two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Fill the chayotes with the previous mixture.
Grate the manchego cheese and distribute it evenly over all the chayotes.
Place in an electric or gas oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until the cheese is gratinated.
