Chia and Mango Pudding

Raw vegan dessert that, in addition to having a delicious flavor, is nutritious and fresh. You can accompany it with your choice of fruit to give it a personalized flavor touch.

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 15 grams shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cups mango, in cubes
  • 15 grams pecans
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar or small plate. Reserve some coconut, walnuts, and mango for decoration.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 10 minutes so that the chia can hydrate and the mixture has a thicker consistency.
  • Decorate with shredded coconut and pieces of walnut and mango.
