Chia and Mango Pudding

Crudivegano dessert, which in addition to having a delicious flavor, is nutritious and fresh. You can accompany it with the fruit of your choice and in this way give it a touch of personalized flavor.

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 15 grams shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cups mango, in cubes
  • 15 grams pecans
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

  • Mix all the ingredients in a jar or small dish. Reserve some coconut, nuts and mango to decorate.
  • Refrigerate overnight or at least 10 minutes for the chia to be moist and the preparation to have a thicker consistency.
  • Decorate with grated coconut and pieces of walnut and mango.
