1 cup coconut milk
15 grams shredded coconut
1/2 cups mango, in cubes
15 grams pecans
1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons chia seeds

Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar or small plate. Reserve some coconut, walnuts, and mango for decoration.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 10 minutes so that the chia can hydrate and the mixture has a thicker consistency.
Decorate with shredded coconut and pieces of walnut and mango.
