Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 15 grams grated coconut
  • 1/2 cups mango, in cubes
  • 15 grams pecan
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey
  • 4 tablespoons chia

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a jar or small dish. Reserve some coconut, nuts and mango to decorate.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 10 minutes for the chia to be moist and the preparation to have a thicker consistency.
Decorate with grated coconut and pieces of walnut and mango.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with grated coconut, nuts and pieces of fruit.

TIPS

You can add more or less chia depending on the consistency that you like. Substitute the fruit and honey for the one you like the most.
