Chia pudding with dates and mango

Nutritious sweet snack based on chia with almond milk, lightly sweetened with dried dates, served with fresh mango cubes and sliced almond chips. It is the ideal snack to calm midday hunger.

  • 1/4 cups chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk, homemade
  • 1 pitted dates, finely chopped
  • 1/2 mangoes, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, Filleted, toasted

  • In a bowl add chia with almond milk and finely chopped dates. Mix so that the chia hydrates perfectly well and is sweetened with the date. Add the mixture to your takeaway glass jar, cover with the lid and reserve in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the pudding from the refrigerator, add the mango and serve the almond until the end. Enjoy
