Chicken with Vegetables and Soy Sauce

A delicious recipe that will make everyone eat vegetables, including kids.

  • 600 grams chicken breast, diced
  • 300 grams carrot, grated
  • 300 grams pumpkin, grated
  • 200 grams button mushrooms
  • 400 grams wheat sprouts
  • 200 grams broccoli
  • soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 cup chicken bullion
  • salt

  • Wash the vegetables and cut them.
  • Fry the broccoli for about 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  • Add the rest of the vegetables and the chicken and fry for another 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  • In a separate pot, heat the chicken broth and add a tablespoon of flour, bring it to a boil for 5 minutes until it thickens a bit. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • Add the chicken broth with the flour and incorporate the germ and the rest of the vegetables, let it cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. If you think it needs more soy sauce, add a little more.
  • Ready to serve. Do not cook it too much as the vegetables will lose their firmness.
