Preparation
Wash the vegetables and cut them.
Fry the broccoli for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Add the rest of the vegetables and the chicken and fry another 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
In a separate pot put to heat the chicken stock and add a tablespoon of flour, put it to boil 5 minutes to thicken a little. Add 3 tablespoons of soy.
Add the chicken broth with the flour and add the germ and the rest of the vegetables, let it cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. If you want soy, add a little more.
Ready to serve. Do not overcook it because the vegetables will lose their firmness.
