2 cups chickpeas
water

1/2 cups cucumber
1/2 cups cherry tomato, in halves
1 lime, for juice
1/4 cups feta cheese
1/2 cups green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cups black olives
salt
pepper
avocado, for decoration

Soak the chickpeas for 24 hours. Then drain, rinse, and cook with water and salt for approximately 30 minutes. Drain again, let cool, and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, feta cheese, green bell pepper, olive oil, black olives, salt, and pepper.
Serve, decorate with avocado, and enjoy.
