2 cans chickpeas, without its liquid
1/2 cups canned chipotle pepper
2/3 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, cut in half
1/4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 tablespoons pepper
1/4 cups lime juice

In a food processor, add the chickpeas, chipotle, water, olive oil, garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Save 3 chipotles for decoration.
Process until smooth and taste; if necessary, add more lemon or salt.
Refrigerate for one hour.
