1/2 broccoli
10 green beans
5 leaves spinach
1 cup chicken broth
1 can table cream
salt, to taste
2 teaspoons butter
1/4 cups Manchego cheese
Preparation

Bring broccoli, green beans and spinach with salt to taste.
Once the vegetables have cooled slightly, add them to the blender for one minute.
In a saucepan add butter and over medium heat until melted.
Add the vegetables, add the chicken broth and move.
Let it boil, always mixing to avoid sticking.
We add the cream, mix it and if necessary add salt.
And the cream is ready!
