2 cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced
fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
20 pitted black olives, and in rooms
sea salt

Put the cucumber slices in a colander, salt them and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Then rinse, drain and dry them and move to a salad bowl.
Add the dill, lemon and oil, add the olives and stir, if necessary add salt. Let stand a few minutes and serve.
