Peel the carrot and cut it into very small cubes. Cut the slices of cooked ham into cubes the same size as the carrot.
Rinse the peas to remove the canned taste and let them drain.
Beat the egg and add half a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Put a tablespoon of oil in a large pan and when it's hot, add the beaten egg.
Spread the egg well to form a very thin omelet. In a few seconds, it will be cooked on one side. Flip the omelet using a plate. Let it cook for a few seconds and then remove it to a plate.
Take a clean pan that is large enough to hold everything. Add 4 tablespoons of oil and when it's hot, add the reserved carrot.
Let it cook for a minute and then add the peas and cooked ham.
Let it cook for another minute and add the peeled shrimp.
When the shrimp change color, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir for another minute, and remove from heat.
Cut the omelet into thin strips and add it to the pan.
Put three liters of water in a large pot over high heat and add a small tablespoon of salt.
Cook the Chinese noodles according to the instructions on the package. Then drain them well.
Put the pan back on the heat and add the noodles and 4 more tablespoons of soy sauce.
Stir well and when you see that everything is hot, you can serve.
