Delicious Chinese Noodles

This recipe is a delicious dish of Chinese noodles which you will enjoy to the fullest. Try it as your main meal and surprise your whole family.

  • 1 package fidelini pasta, Chinese noodles (250 grams)
  • 3 liters water of roses
  • 300 grams prawn, small, peeled
  • 4 tablespoons pea, large, canned, cooked
  • 4 slices deli ham, cooked
  • 1 carrot, large 1 carrot, large

  • Peel the carrot and cut it into very small cubes. Cut the slices of cooked ham into cubes the same size as the carrot.
  • Rinse the peas to remove the canned taste and let them drain.
  • Beat the egg and add half a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
  • Put a tablespoon of oil in a large pan and when it's hot, add the beaten egg.
  • Spread the egg well to form a very thin omelet. In a few seconds, it will be cooked on one side. Flip the omelet using a plate. Let it cook for a few seconds and then remove it to a plate.
  • Take a clean pan that is large enough to hold everything. Add 4 tablespoons of oil and when it's hot, add the reserved carrot.
  • Let it cook for a minute and then add the peas and cooked ham.
  • Let it cook for another minute and add the peeled shrimp.
  • When the shrimp change color, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir for another minute, and remove from heat.
  • Cut the omelet into thin strips and add it to the pan.
  • Put three liters of water in a large pot over high heat and add a small tablespoon of salt.
  • Cook the Chinese noodles according to the instructions on the package. Then drain them well.
  • Put the pan back on the heat and add the noodles and 4 more tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • Stir well and when you see that everything is hot, you can serve.
