Ingredients: 1 package fidelini pasta, Chinese noodles (250 grams); 3 liters water of roses; 300 grams prawn, small, peeled; 4 tablespoons pea, large, canned, cooked; 4 slices deli ham, cooked; 1 carrot, large; 1 egg; soy sauce; olive oil; 1/2 teaspoons sugar; 1 teaspoon table salt, to cook the noodles

Peel the carrot and cut it into very small cubes. Cut the slices of cooked ham into cubes the same size as the carrot. Rinse the peas to remove the "canned" taste and let them drain.
