Preparation
Peel the carrot and cut it into very small squares. Cut the ham slices into cubes of the same size as the carrot.
Rinse the peas so they lose the "canned" flavor and put them to drain.
Beat the egg and add the half small spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Put a tablespoon of oil in a large pan and when it is hot add the beaten egg.
Divide the egg well so that it forms a very thin tortilla. In a few seconds it will be cooked on one side. Turn the tortilla around helping you with the dish. Leave a few seconds and remove the plate.
Take a clean frying pan that is large enough to hold everything. Put 4 tablespoons of oil and when it is hot add the carrot we had reserved.
Leave a minute and then add the peas and the cooked ham.
Leave another minute more and add the peeled prawns.
When the prawns change color add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir for another minute and remove from heat.
Cut the tortilla into thin strips and add it to the pan.
Put the three liters of water in a large pot over high heat and add a small spoonful of salt.
Cook the Chinese noodles following the instructions that come in the package. Then drain them well.
Put the pan again on the heat and add the noodles and 4 tablespoons more soy sauce.
Stir well and when you see that it is all hot you can serve.
