1/2 cucumbers, English
1 cup cherry tomato
1 cup bell pepper, red, orange, green
1/2 cups kalamata olive, in slices
1/2 cups feta cheese
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
pinches salt
pepper, freshly ground
oregano
1/4 cups olive oil

Preparation

On a cutting board, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
Cut the red onion into thin strips.
Cut the cucumber in half and slice into half-moons.
Cut the bell peppers into julienne.
Cut the feta cheese into medium cubes
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil; use a whisk to stir.
