Easy Greek Salad

Try this delicious salad, it's super fresh, and has a rich combination of cucumber, tomato, olives, and feta cheese. You'll love it, along with a super fresh vinaigrette.

  • 1/4 red onions
  • 1/2 cucumbers, English
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1 cup bell pepper, red, orange, green
  • 1/2 cups kalamata olive, in slices
  • 1/2 cups feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • pinches salt
  • pepper, freshly ground
  • oregano
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • lettuce

  • On a cutting board, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
  • Cut the red onion into thin strips.
  • Cut the cucumber in half and slice into half-moons.
  • Cut the bell peppers into julienne.
  • Cut the feta cheese into medium cubes
  • Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil; use a whisk to stir.
