Egg White Cannelloni with Strips and Cream

Egg White Cannelloni Stuffed with Strips is a delicious preparation. The cannelloni recipe is inspired by Italian cuisine, but we add a delicious Mexican touch to make the dish even tastier.

  • 3/4 cups San Juan® egg whites
  • 250 grams Poblano chile strips
  • 300 milliliters sour cream
  • 150 grams Manchego cheese
  • 10 grams salt
  • 5 grams pepper
  • 20 grams butter

  • Season the egg whites and beat lightly.
  • Fry the onion, add the strips, then add the cream, and finally, add the grated Manchego cheese. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Heat the butter, add a bit of the egg white mixture and cook (being careful not to burn the preparation). Remove from the pan and cut into rectangles.
  • Fill with strips and roll. Sprinkle with cheese, gratin in the oven. Serve.
