4 pumpkins, in thin slices
300 grams requesón
3 bunches spinach, cut into pieces
2 cups tomato sauce, for lasagna
6 slices cheese, for melting, thin
salt
1 onion, in squares
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg

In a frying pan, sauté the onion; once translucent, add the spinach, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and let it cook.
In a baking dish, arrange a layer of zucchini, then add the spinach, a few tablespoons of cheese, and sauce.
Continue layering the lasagna until finishing with zucchini. Top with sauce and cheese slices.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Increase the temperature to 200° to melt the cheese.
