Fake Spinach and Zucchini Lasagna

A spinach and zucchini lasagna that you can't miss. The same flavors but fewer calories.

  • 4 pumpkins, in thin slices
  • 300 grams requesón
  • 3 bunches spinach, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups tomato sauce, for lasagna
  • 6 slices cheese, for melting, thin
  • salt
  • 1 onion, in squares
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg

  • In a frying pan, sauté the onion; once translucent, add the spinach, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and let it cook.
  • In a baking dish, arrange a layer of zucchini, then add the spinach, a few tablespoons of cheese, and sauce.
  • Continue layering the lasagna until finishing with zucchini. Top with sauce and cheese slices.
  • Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Increase the temperature to 200° to melt the cheese.
