Fattoush salad

This fattoush salad is delicious and fresh with cucumber, tomato, coriander, bell pepper and parsley. It is a rich and very healthy recipe.

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, in slits
  • 1 cucumber, big in cubes
  • 4 tomatoes, in cubes
  • 1 bunch chives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lime juice
  • salt, and pepper

  • Put the cucumber, peppers and tomatoes in the salad bowl. Chop the herbs and add them.
  • Make a dressing with garlic, lemon, oil, sea salt, and pepper. Mix with the vegetables and serve with toasted pita bread.
