This fattoush salad is delicious and fresh it takes cucumber, tomato, cilantro, pepper and parsley. It is a rich and very healthy recipe.

Ingredients

40 servings
  • 1 piece of yellow bell pepper in rajas
  • 1 piece of cucumber big cubed
  • 4 pieces of tomato in cubes
  • 1 bouquet of scallion sliced
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of mint chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander chopped
  • 5 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 pieces of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Put the cucumber, peppers and tomatoes in the salad bowl. Chop the herbs and add them.
    Make a dressing with garlic, lemon, oil, sea salt and pepper. Mix with the vegetables and serve with toasted pita bread.
