100 grams beef, shredded
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
vegetable oil, necessary amount
salt, to taste

Heat your pan and add the oil. Beat the eggs with enough salt.
Add the meat with a little salt and fry until golden, add the rosemary and pour in the beaten egg.
Cook to your preferred doneness, cutting the egg as if it were scrambled eggs.
