2 sprigs fresh cilantro
2 fish fillets
1/2 ears corn
1 zucchini
1/2 leaves bay
1 tomato
1/8 white onions
1 pinch salt

Blend the tomato, garlic, and onion in a blender.
Sauté the sauce in a pan with olive oil for 3 minutes.
Add the diced zucchini, corn kernels, and bay leaf.
Season with salt to taste and continue cooking for 8 more minutes.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Sear in a pan with olive oil over high heat for a couple of minutes on each side.
Serve the fish topped with the sauce, sprinkled with chopped cilantro.
