Preparation
Grind the tomato, garlic and onion in the blender.
Sauté the sauce in a pan with olive oil for 3 minutes.
Add the chopped zucchini in small cubes, the husked corn and the bay leaf.
Season with salt to taste and continue cooking 8 more minutes.
Season the fish fillets.
Seal in a pan with olive oil over high heat, a couple of minutes on each side.
