Fruit and Yogurt Cup

A delicious combination of fruits with a touch of natural yogurt, ideal for a tasty and nutritious breakfast, as well as energizing. The granola is a little treat.

  • 1 red apple, large
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 liters plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cups granola, to taste

  • Cut the apple in half, removing the seeds.
  • Cut one of the halves into eight equal pieces and soak in water with a few drops of lemon.
  • Cut the other half of the apple into small cubes, as well as the peeled kiwi and pitted peach, and mix these three ingredients.
  • Place four of the apple slices distributed in each of the cups.
  • Add two tablespoons of natural yogurt and half of the chopped kiwi, peach, and apple mixture.
  • Add half of the remaining yogurt to each cup and sprinkle granola to taste. Now it's ready to enjoy every spoonful.
  • If desired, chopped fresh strawberries or chopped pear can be added, as well as blueberries and chopped walnuts.
