Fun Healthy Eggs

These fun little eggs for kids are a healthy and perfect meal to prepare for them. They add a touch that captures the little ones' attention and makes their meals stop being boring. Prepare them.

  • 8 eggs , hard-boiled or cooked
  • 4 olive with pepper, in thin slices
  • 1 carrot , to make the feet
  • low-fat mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

  • Cut a thin slice off the bottom of each egg so they can stand up. With a peeling knife, cut off the top third of the egg and carefully remove the caps. Remove the yolks.
  • Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork (add a little mayonnaise). Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fill the egg white with the previous mixture, place the top back on gently.
  • Place two slices of olives for the eyes. Also cut feet from a thin slice of carrot by cutting several triangular shapes.
