Fun, Healthy Eggs

  • 8 eggs, hard or cooked
  • 4 olive with pepper, in thin slices
  • 1 carrot, to do the feet

  • Cut a thin slice of the bottom of each egg so that they rise. With a peeling knife, cut the upper third of the egg and carefully remove the lids. Take out the yolks.
  • Place the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork (add a little mayonnaise). Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fill the egg white with the previous mixture, place the top part pressing very gently.
