Heat the oil in a skillet, add cauliflower and sprinkle with salt. Brown slightly for about 4 minutes on each side, turning carefully and continuing to cook the other side, lowering the heat until they are golden brown on all sides.
Meanwhile, in a bowl combine 2 tablespoons of water and one tablespoon of oil, the onion, honey, ground coriander seeds, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Put the onion mixture in the skillet with the cauliflower and cook for one minute until the onion is soft. Continue cooking until the liquid has almost evaporated and the cauliflower looks glazed, about 4 more minutes.
Transfer to a serving platter and add the lemon juice and zest, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
