Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 tablespoon whey protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1/4 cups stevia
  • 1/3 cups dark chocolate chips, 70% cocoa

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Finally, add the chocolate chips. Shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes.
