Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3/4 cups oats, gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon whey protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1/4 cups stevia
  • 1/3 cups dark chocolate chip, 70% cocoa

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix all the ingredients until well integrated.
Finally add the chocolate chips. Form the cookies and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes.
