Gluten free pizzas

  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • white mushrooms

  • Grate the squash and remove excess liquid.
  • Place them in a bowl along with the egg, salt and pepper to taste and the grated mozzarella cheese. Integrate everything.
  • Form a kind of tortilla with your hand, flatten it and place it on a tray or rack. Do the same with the rest.
  • Bake them for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. After this period of time, take them out and spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each one.
  • Place the mushrooms (previously sanitized and sliced) and sliced tomatoes on the pizza base.
  • Add some more grated cheese and fresh basil leaves. Bake for 20 more minutes or until they turn golden, be careful not to leave them longer to avoid burning.
  • Serve with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
