Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 zucchini, big
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • fresh mushrooms
  • cherry tomatoes
  • fresh basil leaves

Preparation

Grate the pumpkins and remove the excess liquid.
Place them in a bowl with the egg, salt and pepper to taste and the grated mozarella cheese. Integrate everything
Form a kind of tortilla with your hand, flatten it and place it on a tray or rack. Do the same with the rest.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. After this period of time, remove them and spread a spoonful of tomato sauce in each one.
Place the mushrooms (previously disinfected and sliced) and the sliced ​​tomatoes on the pizza base.
Add a little more grated cheese and fresh basil leaves. Bake for 20 more minutes or until they look golden, be careful not to leave them longer to avoid burning.
Serve with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.

A 180°C ni siquiera estaba caliente la charola, las calabazas, tibias. Tuve que subir la temperatura a 300°C. Las calabazas sueltan demasiada agua cuando se están cocinando, y si las exprimí con las manos antes de mezclarlas. Eso es una sopa!! no queda para nada bien!! Me pregunto si hacen sus recetas antes de publicarlas...
