3 nopales, cleaned and chopped
5 slices turkey deli ham
2 tomatoes, boy
1/4 cups onion
1 Jalapeño chile
1/2 cups dried meat, shredded gluten
1 clove ground garlic
salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 pieces egg white
1 cup tomato purée
1/2 cups water

Chop the ham, chili, onion, and tomato. Set aside
Heat a skillet and add the oil, incorporate the ham and chopped vegetables, season with salt and garlic to taste.
Add the tomato puree and water, cover so that the nopal cooks. Let it cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Incorporate the shredded meat.
Once the nopal is cooked, add the egg whites and stir until well combined.
