450 grams tofu, firm
1/3 cups olive oil
1/3 cups wine vinegar
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
2 tomatoes, small
1 cucumber
1/4 red onions
1 cup black olives
Preparation

Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Slice the onion.
Cut the cucumber and tomato into small pieces (the same size as the tofu).
Marinate the vegetables along with the olives using the blender mixture. You can leave it for several hours or up to a whole day.
