Greek Salad with Tofu

  • 450 grams tofu, firm
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 cups wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tomatoes, little ones
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 1 cup black olives

  • Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  • Cut the onion into slices.
  • Cut the cucumber and tomato into small pieces (the same size as the tofu).
  • Marinate the vegetables together with the olives, with the mixture from the blender. You can leave it for several hours or even a whole day.
