Ingredients

6 portions
  • 450 grams tofu, firm
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 cups wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tomatoes, little ones
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 1 cup black olive

Preparation

Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Cut the onion into slices.
Cut the cucumber and tomato into small pieces (the same size as the tofu).
Marinade the vegetables with the olives, with the blender mixture. You can leave it several hours or up to a whole day.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a bed of lettuce or spinach.

TIPS

You can absorb the excess water of the tofu with the help of a cloth or a paper napkin. If you prefer you can bake or fry the tofu.
