1/4 cups lime juice
1/3 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 bunches fresh cilantro
2 green apples, peeled, cut into medium cubes
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
1 cup jicama, cut into medium cubes
1 avocado, cut into cubes
1 cup cucumber, cut into cubes
1/4 bunches basil, finely chopped
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 pinch salt
1 radish, in slices
1 serrano chile, cut into slices
1/4 red onions

Add the lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, and cilantro to the blender, and blend well. Set aside.
Add the apple, serrano chili, jicama, avocado, cucumber, basil, and cilantro to a bowl, mix with the blender preparation, and season well.
Serve the ceviche in a deep plate and decorate with radish, serrano chili, and red onion. Enjoy.
