Green Apple Ceviche

  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/3 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 bunches fresh cilantro
  • 2 green apples, peeled, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 1 cup jicama, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 bunches basil, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 radish, in slices
  • 1 serrano chile, cut into slices
  • 1/4 red onions

  • Add the lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, and cilantro to the blender, and blend well. Set aside.
  • Add the apple, serrano chili, jicama, avocado, cucumber, basil, and cilantro to a bowl, mix with the blender preparation, and season well.
  • Serve the ceviche in a deep plate and decorate with radish, serrano chili, and red onion. Enjoy.
