  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 bunches spinach
  • 1/2 bunches chard
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 celeries
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Blend all your ingredients in a blender until you reach the desired texture. If necessary, gradually add water.
  • Strain it through a sieve and serve it in a glass.
