1/2 cucumbers
1 bunch parsley
1/2 bunches spinach
1/2 bunches chard
1 bunch kale
2 celeries
1 green apple
1/2 cups water
Preparation

Blend all your ingredients in a blender until you reach the desired texture. If necessary, gradually add water.
Strain it through a sieve and serve it in a glass.
