Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 bunches spinach
  • 1/2 bunches chard
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 celeries
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Mix all your ingredients in a blender and blend until you get the desired texture. If necessary, gradually add water.
Pass it through a sieve and serve it in a glass.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in a mason jar and take it with a straw!

TIPS

If you want to give it a more sweet touch, add honey or agave.
