Guacamole and Celery

Avocado is a snack packed with vitamin E, which helps slow down skin aging. You can prepare the guacamole the night before, just don't forget to add a few drops of lemon and keep the tomatoes and celery separate.

1/3 avocados, Hass
1 lime
1/2 cups cherry tomato
1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
1/4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
sea salt, to taste
ground black peppers, to taste
fresh cilantro, to taste

Using a vegetable peeler, remove the skin from the celery. Cut it into 15-centimeter sticks.
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Mix the lemon, tomato, onion, salt, and pepper. Incorporate the avocado and mash. Serve with the celery.
