Avocado is a snack full of vitamin E, which helps delay skin aging. You can prepare the guacamole one night before, just do not forget to add a few drops of lemon and have the tomatoes and celery separately.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 6 branches celery
  • 1/3 avocados, Hass
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • sea ​​salt, to taste
  • ground black peppers, to taste
  • fresh coriander, to taste

Preparation

With a potato peeler, remove the skin from the celery. Cut it into 15 cm sticks.
Cut the tomatoes in halves.
Mix the lemon, tomato, onion, salt and pepper. Incorporate the avocado and crush. Serve accompanied by celery.

PRESENTATION

Serve the guacamole on a plate and the celery in another bowl. Decorate with cilantro.

TIPS

If you do not like celery, you can substitute cucumber.
