Ham and Cheese Omelette

  • 1 tablespoon cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons deli ham, diced
  • 3 tablespoons panela cheese, diced

  • black olives
  • butterhead lettuce, to accompany

  • Beat the eggs with the milk, chives, ham, and panela cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a Mickey® skillet, apply cooking spray. Then pour in the omelette and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, or until fully cooked.
  • On a cutting board, cut slices of olives and, using toothpicks, place them on the tomatoes to mimic Mickey®'s ears.
  • Serve on a Mickey® plate decorated with cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
