Ham and Cheese Omelette

  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons deli ham, diced
  • 3 tablespoons panela cheese, diced

  • black olives
  • butterhead lettuce, To accompany

  • Beat the eggs with the milk, the chives, the ham and the panela cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a Mickey® skillet, apply the cooking spray. Then pour the omelette and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, or until it is cooked.
  • On a board, cut olives slices and with the help of toothpicks, place on the tomatoes simulating Mickey® ears.
  • Serve on a Mickey® plate decorated with the cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
