Ham Rolls with Panela Cheese and Carrot

  • 80 grams panela cheese, light
  • 6 slices turkey breast
  • 2 carrots, cooked and chopped

  • In a plastic bag, wrap the carrots and microwave them for 3 minutes to achieve light cooking without losing any vitamins.
  • Grate the cheese to your liking, either using the small or large holes of the grater.
  • Take the carrots out of the microwave and cut them into small cubes.
  • Lay the slices of ham on a tray and start arranging the cheese and carrot vertically to form the filling for the rolls (remember not to overfill, as excess ingredients will spill out when rolling), once the filling is arranged, roll the ham to form filled tacos.
  • Ready, enjoy!
