1/2 cups corn, shelled and tender
4 tablespoons rice, boiled
1/2 carrots, grated
1 egg, cooked chopped
1/2 onions, finely chopped
4 tomatillos
4 tablespoons mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste
lime juice, (1 piece)
lettuce
cheeses, grated
parsley, chopped

Remove the filling to the tomatoes above so that they have a hole in the center to fill them.
Mix the egg, corn, rice, carrot and onion together with the mayonnaise. Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
With the previous mixture fill the tomatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese and chopped parsley.
