  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 chayote
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1/2 onions
  • 80 grams panela cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, the necessary
  • 1 cup beet, grated

  • Wash all vegetables very well. Once clean cut them all FINALLY, just like the cheese and stir all the vegetables in a bowl.
  • In a bowl, break all the eggs, add the cornstarch, milk, salt and pepper and stir well.
  • Empty the mixture from the egg to that of the vegetables and cheese, incorporate everything very well.
  • In a pan heat a little oil, once hot pour a bit of our final mixture forming a circle, about 8 or 10 centimeters.
  • Let cook our "hamburger" on one side until it browns, turn and do the same with the other side.
  • Once it is well browned, remove it from the pan and put it on the base of the bun, add mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to the taste on the lid.
  • Ready! Your nutritious and delicious hamburger is finished.
