  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 chayote
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1/2 onions
  • 80 grams panela cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, as needed
  • 1 cup beet, shredded

  • Wash all the vegetables very well. Once clean, chop them FINELY, as well as the cheese, and mix all the vegetables in a bowl.
  • In a bowl, crack all the eggs, add the cornstarch, milk, salt, and pepper, and mix very well.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the vegetable and cheese mixture, and incorporate everything well.
  • In a pan, heat a little oil, and once hot, pour a little of our final mixture, forming a circle of approximately 8 to 10 centimeters.
  • Cook our burger on one side until browned, flip it over and do the same on the other side.
  • Once well browned, remove from the pan and place it on the bottom of the bun; on the top, add mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to taste.
  • Done! Your nutritious and delicious burger is ready.
