Healthy Cheese and Carrot Snack

Easy and quick baked pita bread snack, topped with delicious creamy cheese and mild flavor La Vaca que Ríe®, served with fresh carrot and pieces of healthy broccoli. This option is ideal for any time of day when your appetite opens up and you're ready for a snack, as it will take you no more than 2 minutes to prepare.

  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 package The Laughing Cow® cheese, (8 pieces of 21 g)
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli, blanched, cut into small florets

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • On a baking sheet, add the pita bread and bake for 5 minutes until it has a firm texture. Remove from the oven and cool.
  • Spread the smooth and creamy cheese La Vaca que Ríe®.
  • In the center, add grated carrot and on the edges, add small broccoli florets.
  • With a pizza cutter, cut into eighths and serve.
