Easy and quick baked pita bread snack, topped with delicious cheese with a creamy texture and mild La Vaca que Ríe® flavor, served with fresh carrots and pieces of healthy broccoli. This option is ideal for any time of the day when your appetite opens and you are ready for a snack since it will not take you more than 2 minutes to prepare them.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 package of The Laughing Cow Cheese® (8 pieces of 21 g)
  • 1 cup of carrot grated
  • 1 cup of broccoli bleached, cut into small trees

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan add the pita bread and bake for 5 minutes until it has a firm texture. Remove from the oven and cool.
Spread the soft and creamy cheese La Vaca La Ríe®.
In the center add grated carrot and add small broccoli saplings at the ends.
With a cutter for pizza cut in eighths and serves.
