On a wooden board, cut the zucchinis into one-centimeter slices.
Place a piece of parchment paper and create a bed of zucchini with 6 to 8 slices. Place the fish on top and add salt and pepper.
On top, add the dill, lemon slices, olive oil, and dried dill. Close the paper by folding it in half and sealing all around by rolling it up to prevent anything from leaking out.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Serve on a flat plate, garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges. Accompanied by steamed rice.
