1 can tuna
4 slices sliced bread , of 7 grains
1/2 avocados
4 leaves romaine lettuce , disinfected
4 slices onion
2 slices panela cheese
low-fat mayonnaise
Dijon mustards
4 slices tomato

Drain the tuna. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on each slice of bread. And add each ingredient in the order you prefer.
Place one slice of bread, then half of all the other ingredients, and top with the other slice.
Repeat step 2.
