Healthy Tuna Sandwich

This is a super delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make sandwich. No more excuses for having breakfast, lunch, or dinner in a delicious and guilt-free way!

  • 1 can tuna
  • 4 slices sliced bread , of 7 grains
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce , disinfected
  • 4 slices onion
  • 2 slices panela cheese
  • low-fat mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustards
  • 4 slices tomato

  • Drain the tuna. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on each slice of bread. And add each ingredient in the order you prefer.
  • Place one slice of bread, then half of all the other ingredients, and top with the other slice.
  • Repeat step 2.
