Healthy Tuna Sandwich

This is a super rich, healthy and easy-to-make sandwich. There is no excuse for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a delicious way and without guilt!

  • 1 can tuna
  • 4 slices sandwich bread, of 7 grains
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce, disinfected
  • 4 slices onion
  • 2 slices panela cheese
  • low-fat mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustards
  • 4 slices tomato

  • Drain the tuna. Spread on each slice of mayonnaise and mustard bread. And each of the ingredients in the order you want.
  • Put one slice of the bread, then half of all the other ingredients, cover with the other slice.
  • Repeat step 2.
