This is a super rich, healthy and easy-to-make sandwich. There is no excuse for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a delicious way and without guilt!

1 can tuna
4 slices sandwich bread, of 7 grains
1/2 avocados
4 leaves Romaine lettuce, disinfected
4 slices onion
2 slices panela cheese
low-fat mayonnaise
Dijon mustards
4 slices tomato

Drain the tuna. Spread on each slice of mayonnaise and mustard bread. And each of the ingredients in the order you want.
Put one slice of the bread, then half of all the other ingredients, cover with the other slice.
Repeat step 2.
