  • 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3/4 cups honey
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cups almonds
  • 1/4 cups quinoa, puffed
  • 1/4 cups pumpkin seeds, pumpkin
  • 1/4 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cups coconut, in flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the water with coconut oil and honey until you obtain a thick mixture. Remove and set aside.
  • In a deep skillet over low heat, toast the oats while stirring constantly. Once they have a golden color, add the almonds, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, coconut, and cinnamon. Cook for 3 minutes to brown.
  • Add the honey mixture and cook over very low heat until completely dry. Cool and serve.
