Homemade Almond Granola

Prepare this healthy homemade Almond Granola recipe made from your favorite ingredients.   • 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3/4 cups honey
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cups almonds
  • 1/4 cups quinoa, inflated
  • 1/4 cups pumpkin seeds, pumpkin
  • 1/4 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cups coconut, in flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the water with the coconut oil and honey until you get a thick mixture. Remove and reserve.
  • In a deep frying pan over low heat, toast the oatmeal constantly stirring it. Once it has a golden color, add the almonds, quinoa, pips, blueberries, coconut and cinnamon. Cook 3 minutes to brown.
  • Add the honey mixture and cook over low heat until completely dry. Chill and serve.
