Ingredients

  • 1/4 of Cup of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil
  • 3/4 of Cup of honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of oats
  • 3/4 of Cup of almond
  • 1/4 of Cup of quinoa inflated
  • 1/4 of Cup of nugget pumpkin
  • 1/4 of Cup of blueberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of coconut in flakes
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the water with the coconut oil and honey until you get a thick mixture. Remove and reserve.
    In a deep frying pan over low heat, toast the oatmeal constantly moving. Once it has a golden color, add the almonds, quinoa, pips, blueberries, coconut and cinnamon. Cook 3 minutes to brown.
    Add the honey mixture and cook over low heat until completely dry. Chills and serves.

    PRESENTATION

    Store your granola in a glass jar or plastic container. Serve with strawberry yogurt and strawberry slices.

    TIPS

    Substitute honey with agave syrup. Constantly move the granola during cooking to brown evenly.
