Prepare this healthy homemade Almond Granola recipe made from your favorite ingredients. Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3/4 cups bee honey
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cups almond
  • 1/4 cups quinoa, inflated
  • 1/4 cups pumpkin seed, pumpkin
  • 1/4 cups cranberry
  • 1/4 cups coconut, in flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the water with the coconut oil and honey until you get a thick mixture. Remove and reserve.
In a deep frying pan over low heat, toast the oatmeal constantly stirring it. Once it has a golden color, add the almonds, quinoa, pips, blueberries, coconut and cinnamon. Cook 3 minutes to brown.
Add the honey mixture and cook over low heat until completely dry. Chill and serve.

PRESENTATION

Store your granola in a glass jar or plastic container. Serve with strawberry yogurt and sliced strawberries.

TIPS

Substitute honey with agave syrup. Constantly stir the granola during cooking to brown evenly.
