Let's start by boiling 1/2 liter of water in a pot; when the water boils, add the 2 cups of powdered milk and let it rest until it cools down.
While we wait, in a separate container, heat the liter of milk for 5 to 6 minutes without letting it boil, but it should be very hot, about 80 to 90 degrees Celsius. Then let it cool down just like the previous one.
When both milks are lukewarm, combine them and add all the contents of the natural yogurt, being careful not to leave lumps in the mixture, and then add the sugar (the sugar is to your taste depending on how sweet you want it).
Pour it into a glass or plastic container, cover it, and wrap it in a clean cloth. Then store it in the microwave or oven (not turned on) and leave it there for 9 hours. After that, check if it has taken on a firm consistency, quite firm.
When it is ready, transfer it to the refrigerator and you can enjoy it cold with chopped fruits or with syrup of your choice.
Note: do not use metal containers. If it doesn't set, leave it for a couple more hours until it firms up.
