2 cups water, hot
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons artificial sweetener, (sucralose)
1/2 cups whipping cream

Soak the rice for five minutes in hot water.
Blend the rice with the cinnamon, evaporated milk, sugar substitute, and whipping cream.
Strain the mixture and pour it into a popsicle mold. Insert the sticks and freeze for 2 hours or until solid.
Unmold and serve.
