This September 15, prepare fresh and delicious horchata with a touch of cinnamon that will be the sensation for all your guests. Also, they are low in calories, so you will not have any guilt to try them.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups Water, hot
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar substitute, (sucralose)
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream

Preparation

Soak the rice for five minutes with the hot water.
Blend the rice with the cinnamon, the evaporated milk, the sugar substitute and the cream to beat.
Strain the preparation and pour into a mold for pallets. Insert the sticks and freeze 2 hours or until they are solid.
Desmolda and serves.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon.

El arroz en si es azúcar. Es mala idea que los diabéticos coman/tomen horchatas.
