Jicama Ceviche

This jicama ceviche recipe is a fresh and healthy vegetarian option.

  • 2 avocados, cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons pepper
